Most Often Hiring Managers push to recommend to look for candidate who is having good Experience and can join us Immediately, to Talent Acquisition Team/Recruiters or Placement Agencies. I fail to understand,how come an experience professional can join immediately.

He must have commitment of notice period to his present employer for smooth transaction of knowledge transfer and handover.

If Experienced and is already serving notice period then there are 2 consequences

a) Either he is already having a job offer with other organization then why to provoke him to do unprofessional practices (other organization also put effort to source/schedule/Interview and all other stuffs)

b)Or Already serving notice period or get released by his present employer that means his performance is not up to the expectations of his current employer and employer is ready to relieve him at earliest, then how come that candidate will be a right fit for the other company.

Think on IT, it takes 9 months to give birth to human #
